Inprocess and Tecnatom have signed an agreement for the joint development of commercial actions and the performance of projects providing synergies in different engineering and operational support activities in the oil and gas sector. This agreement, which consolidates the close relationship of collaboration that exists between the two companies, ensures the continuity of the activities performed jointly by them over the last two years.
Through this new agreement, Inprocess and Tecnatom ratify their technology alliance and exploit their complementary capabilities in specific areas, such as the optimisation of industrial processes, operating support, simulation, training, safety and excellence in human performance, among others, for the benefit of their clients, working together with a view to providing integral solutions.
Within this framework, the two companies strengthen their position on the international market in countries such as Argentina, Brazil, the Arab Emirates, France, China, Mexico and the USA, without geographical limits as regards collaboration.
