Tecnatom participated in the Utility Working Conference and Vendor Technology Expo organised in Florida (USA) last August. This event, which is organised by the American Nuclear Society (ANS), focussed this year on the challenge facing the nuclear sector to optimise and reduce operating costs in order to maintain the viability of plants (Delivering the Nuclear Promise).
This edition attracted the participation of more than 725 people and more than 100 companies with a stand at the exhibition that took place in parallel with the conferences. The event included three plenary sessions with the participation of representatives of the US DOE, NEI and EPRI and executives from the plants and service companies. In addition, a large number of presentations on operation, maintenance, engineering and training were delivered within the framework of the conference.
Tecnatom participated for the first time in the event with a stand of its own, and took advantage of the opportunity to showcase its capacities, strengthen relationships with international clients and make progress in establishing new alliances within the framework of the process of internationalisation.
