Tecnatom has renewed its collaboration agreement with the Chemical Business Association of Tarragona (AEQT), becoming a new Gold Business Partner. The agreement was signed in the AEQT offices by the Association’s manager, Juan Pedro Díaz, and the person in charge of the oil and gas market at Tecnatom, Daniel Gómez.
The Chemical Business Association of Tarragona was formed in 1977 with the aim of representing the whole of the chemical sector. It is an entity that is ingrained in the community, always working to be the most competitive group of chemical companies in the south of Europe, lead a globally renowned business cluster, and contribute to the region’s sustainable development.
The AEQT brings together and represents the chemical industry in the Camp de Tarragona and the Ebro regions, including production companies, auxiliary companies (energy producers, storage companies, etc.) and complementary companies (waste management, etc.), as well as sector service companies. Its main mission is to ensure the global competitiveness of industrial chemical parks, thus contributing to the region’s sustainable development.
AEQT Business Partners are highly qualified companies in terms of providing services to the chemical sector with proven experience, and/or they meet special conditions for association membership.
Through this agreement’s signing, Tecnatom aims to intensify its relationship with AEQT partner companies and strengthen its positioning on the petrochemical and oil & gas markets, which are strategically important for the company.
