In recent years Tecnatom has extended its safety-related activities to areas other than the nuclear, developing a large number of synergies with clients in the industrial sector, in particular, with the company Repsol.
Aware of the fact that safety is the responsibility of everybody who works at its installations, Repsol organises Safety Sessions with its habitual partners with a view to agreeing on plant safety improvement objectives. Following the success of Tecnatom’s first participation in 2015, the company received a new invitation to the session held on November 10th last, where a presentation was offered on enhanced safe behaviours and practical ideas were provided on how to understand and improve the safety-related performance of people.
The presentation was welcomed with great interest by both the management of Repsol and the other attending companies that filled the auditorium at La Pobla de Mafumet, the town housing the Repsol petrochemical complex in Tarragona.
