What do we process your personal data for?
- Contact/Enquiry form
If you have filled out a contact or enquiry form on TECNATOM’s website, we inform you that, as established in the data protection regulation, all data contained in that form will be processed by TECNATOM on the basis of your express and explicit consent, to address your enquiry.
Your personal data will be processed during the period it takes to address your request, unless you revoke your consent and without prejudice to the obligations to meet the responsabilities arising from the processing.
- Newsletter subscription processing
If you have completed the newsletter subscription form, we inform you that, as established in the data protection regulation, all data contained in that form will be processed by TECNATOM on the basis of your express and explicit consent, for the sole purpose of keeping you up-to-date with the news related to our company and industry. By granting your consent you accept that TECNATOM may carry out commercial and marketing activities for the products and services offered by the TECNATOM Group. This includes the sending of newsletter and publicity material via digital messaging apps, fax, mail and/or telephone.

- Processing of workshop, seminar or other session enrolment data.
In addition to the identification data provided for the enrolment onto a workshop, seminar or any other session run by our company, we inform you that, in order to promote its image and services, TECNATOM may take photographs of its facilities, at any event it has organized or in which it is participating, while the activities are being run. This may mean that a photograph is taken of you could be later edited and published on the company website, TECNATOM’s social media profiles or blogs for the purposes stated above without any temporal or geographical limitations and it will be in full respect of your dignity and personal intimacy in accordance with the Organic Law 1/1982, 5th May, for the Civil Protection of the Right to Honour Personal and Family Intimacy and One’s Self-Image.

TECNATOM follows strict selection criteria when choosing its service providers in order to meet its data protection obligations. Both parties commit by subscribing to a corresponding data protection agreement which is compliant with all applicable regulations.

This means that your email address may be linked to the MailChimp datacenter in the United States which helps TECNATOM to send regular notifications to those individuals who have shown an interest in receiving such emails.

What rights do you have once you provide your data to us?
Any individual has the right to access their personal data and is also able to request incorrect data be changed or removed if the data does not correspond to the reasons behind its collection. They are also able to request that its processing be limited or oppose said processing, as well as being entitled to transferring their personal data in compliance with the Data Protection Regulations sanctioned by the European Union.
In certain circumstances, individuals may request that the processing of their data be limited, in which case, we will only store it to file or defend any grievances.
